“This has significantly impacted my focus on delegation, leadership development, and empowering my direct reports. I’ve already seen substantial growth in both engagement and initiative."
Jeremiah Fredrick, Sr Product Engineer at Heraeus Electro-Nite
In today’s marketplace, creating a work culture that encourages ownership is more important than ever.
When leaders don’t do this, team members disengage, do the minimum, and productivity suffers…sometimes causing top performers to leave.
My Creating a Culture of Ownership program teaches leaders the skills to build a successful culture, prepare for greater responsibilities, drive performance, and retain top talent.
It’s ideal for those in leadership positions who are ready to expand their existing skills towards advanced responsibilities in the future.
Program Topics
For each of the following, I’ll share research-based information, and engage participants in self-reflection, self-assessment exercises, practical-application activities, and commitments to action.

What changes when you build a Culture of Ownership?
Your team stops waiting to be told what to do and starts thinking, solving, and leading on their own. The results?
Top performers stay because they're growing, not stagnating
Your team members bring you solutions, not just problems
Initiative and innovation become part of your team's DNA
You spend less time firefighting and more time leading
You build a pipeline of future leaders ready for what's next
These are the outcomes leaders experience when they complete this program and commit to building ownership on their teams.
“Our teams really take over projects and initiatives now and own them completely. It’s really cool to see that.”
